Excellent stay, as always. Very good staff, cool hotel with a fab location. Bright room and exceptionally good and delicious breakfast to start the day.

The restaurant here was nice with all meals, we both ordered tasty dishes. It had particularly nice views of the garden. The location was particularly good and fab, met welcoming staff specially the receptionist. Furthermore, the area was beautiful.

Facilities were clean, though Wi-Fi was slow.

Lovely Relaxing Atmosphere

The hotel had a lovely and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding and enjoying a peaceful vacation. The gardens surrounding the hotel were beautifully maintained, providing a tranquil setting. Additionally, my room was impeccably clean and offered a breathtaking view from the balcony. The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness and aesthetics.

Location not far from the restaurant as have been allowed the previous days of the trip and local areas and hurghada and makadi Bay. Bright and big room with an exceptionally comfortable bed...

We had a delicious breakfast with fruit and bread. Patient folks specially the receptionist. The location was absolutely perfect and magnificent, in a food market, in the very beautiful area. Again, the hotel was set around 10-15 minutes walk from Shopping Arcade.

Great location between desert and sea. Frequent shuttles to private beach. Food with wide variety. Quiet from 22h-10h. Clean room, comfy beds. Outstanding staff in reception, food and beverage, housekeeping, concierge, and security teams. Thank you.

The breakfast is particularly good with a refill and champagne, as for instance, lots to choose from. The venue has particularly good location by taxi to Hurghada.

Reasonably good personnel specially the receptionist. TV with satellite channels, climate control, and an individual safe available in the standard room.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the prices were very reasonable, making it great value for money. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, especially in the rooms which were clean and in a good condition. Lastly, the staff provided excellent service, ensuring that all my needs were met.

The breakfast was exceptionally good and delicious with nice sandwiches, there were amazing fruit and fresh bread.

Top-class staff, stylish, modern room with balcony and fresh towels, for example. Perfect and excellent location for our visit to Shopping Arcade at walking distance from the hotel.

The New Year celebrations were great and the DJ played awesome music. the hotel had a good selection of drinks and the buffet food was quite tasty. the pool area was spacious and the sunbeds were comfortable to lay on. the room service was quite prompt and the housekeeping staff did a great job of keeping our room clean.

The staff seemed a bit overworked and some of them were quite rude. the hotel lacked activities during the day and the entertainment at night was not very impressive.
